There might be several reasons for this...

Is Ceedo running?
If not, then start Ceedo and
click Add-on Center
under Add-ons on the easy-access menu.

Are your
browser security settings too
strict?
- Open Ceedo's Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools\Internet
Options.
- Click the Security
tab.
- Select Trusted
sites.
- Click Sites....
- Uncheck the box next to
"Require server verification".
- In the "Add this Web site
to the zone" field, type "http://www.ceedoready.com/".
- Click Add.
- Click OK.
- Click
here to return to the Add-on Center.
